Aarti Devi Brahmacharini ji ki

Brahmacharini means a devoted female student who lives in an Ashrama with her Guru along with other students.She is the second aspect of the Navadurga forms of Mahadevi and is worshipped on the second day of Navaratri. The goddess Brahmacharini is an aspect of Parvati and wears white clothes, holding a japamala in her right hand and a kamandalu in her left.

jaya ambe brahmacāriṇī mātā।jaya caturānana priya sukha dātā॥ brahmā jī ke mana bhātī ho।jñāna sabhī ko sikhalātī ho॥ brahma mantra hai jāpa tumhārā।jisako jape sarala saṃsārā॥ jaya gāyatrī veda kī mātā।jo jana jisa dina tumheṃ dhyātā॥ kamī koī rahane nā pāe।koī bhī dukha sahane na pāe॥ usakī virati rahe ṭhikāne।jo terī mahimā ko jāne॥ radrakṣā kī mālā le kara।jape jo mantra śraddhā de kara॥ ālasa choḍa़ kare guṇagānā।mām̐ tuma usako sukha pahum̐cānā॥ brahmacāriṇī tero nāma।pūrṇa karo saba mere kāma॥ bhakta tere caraṇoṃ kā pujārī।rakhanā lāja merī mahatārī॥
