Chandra Dosha Nivaran Mantra
।। दधि शंख तुषारबम क्षीरोदर्णव संभवम्
नमामि शशिनं सोमं शम्भोर मुकुटभूषणम् ।।
Transliteration
Dadhi Shankha Tusharabam Kshirodarnava Sambhavam Namami Shashinam Somam Shambhor Mukut Bhushanam

I bow to the moon, Soma, the ornament of Shambhu's crown, born from the milky ocean, with conch, snow and milk as symbols
