मन-जैसी स्फूर्ति और वायु-जैसे वेग वाले, परम बुद्धिमान, इन्द्रियनिग्रही, वानरपति, वायुपुत्र हनुमान की शरण लेता हूं।

English Translation

I refuge to Hanuman, the messenger of Lord Rama, who is swift as the mind and fast as the wind. Who has controlled His sense organs and is the most intellegent among the intelligent ones, who is the son of Vayu and the chief of the monkey tribe.
