The Ardranandakari Tritiyavrata Stotram is a devotional hymn that seeks the grace of Lord Vasudeva, emphasizing the removal of grief and the attainment of happiness.
वासुदेवयै नमः पादौ शङकराय नमो हरेः
vāsudevyai namaḥ pādau śaṅkarāya namo hareḥ
Salutations to Vasudeva, to the feet of Shankara, and to Hari, I bow.
जङघे शोकविनाशिनयायाननदाय नमः परभो
jaṅghe śokavināśinyāyānandāya namaḥ prabho
To the shins that dispel sorrow, to the Lord with a radiant face, I offer my reverence.
रमभायै पूजयेदूरू शिवाय छ पिनाकिनः
rambhāyai pūjayedūrū śivāya cha pinākinaḥ
To the thighs of Ramabhadra, may I worship Shiva, the wielder of the Pinaka.
ादितयै छ कटिं पूजया शूलिनः शूलपाणये
ādityai cha kaṭiṃ pūjyā śūlinaḥ śūlapāṇaye
To the waist of the sun, I bow to the Lord who holds the trident.
माधवयै छ तथा नाभिमथ शमभोरभवाय वै
mādhavyai cha tathā nābhimatha śambhorbhavāya vai
To Madhava, I bow, and to the one who grants peace, I offer my devotion.
सतनावाननदकारिणयै शङकरायेनदुधारिणे
stanāvānandakāriṇyai śaṅkarāyendudhāriṇe
To the one who brings joy to the heart, to Shankara, the nourisher of all.
ुतकणठिनयै नमः कणठं नीलकणठाय वै हरेः
utkaṇṭhinyai namaḥ kaṇṭhaṃ nīlakaṇṭhāya vai hareḥ
To the one with a beautiful throat, I bow to the blue-throated Lord, Hari.
करावुतपलधारिणयै रुदराय जगतीपतेः
karāvutpaladhāriṇyai rudrāya jagatīpateḥ
To the arms that hold the sacred fruit, I bow to Rudra, the Lord of the universe.
बाहुं छ परिरमभिणयै नृ^ितयशीलाय वै हरेः
bāhuṃ cha parirambhiṇyai nṛ^ityaśīlāya vai hareḥ
To the arms that embrace, I bow to the Lord of dance, the one who is graceful.
देवया मुखं विलासिनयै वृ^िŚेशाय पुनरविभोः
devyā mukhaṃ vilāsinyai vṛ^iŚeśāya punarvibhoḥ
To the divine face that radiates beauty, I bow to the Supreme Lord, the source of all.
समितं ससमरशीलायै विशववकत्राय वै विभोः
smitaṃ sasmaraśīlāyai viśvavaktrāya vai vibhoḥ
To the one who wields the sword of valor, I bow to the Lord of the universe.
नेत्रं मदनवासिनयै विशवधामने त्रिशूलिने
netraṃ madanavāsinyai viśvadhāmne triśūline
To the eyes that enchant the heart, I bow to the one who holds the trident.
भरुवौ रतिपरियायै छ ताणडवेशाय वै विभोः
bhruvau ratipriyāyai cha tāṇḍaveśāya vai vibhoḥ
To the one who delights in love, I bow to the Lord of the Tandava dance.
देवयै ललाटमिनदराणयै हवयवाहाय वै विभोः
devyai lalāṭamindrāṇyai havyavāhāya vai vibhoḥ
To the divine forehead adorned with a crescent moon, I bow to the Lord of offerings.
सवाहायै मुकुटं देवया विभोः पञछशराय वै
svāhāyai mukuṭaṃ devyā vibhoḥ pañchaśarāya vai
To the one who wears a crown, I bow to the Lord of five arrows.
विशवकायै विशवमुखयै विशवपादकरौ शिवौ
viśvakāyai viśvamukhyai viśvapādakarau śivau
To the universal body, to the universal face, to the universal hands, I bow to Shiva.
परसननवदनौ वनदे पारवतीपरमेशवरौ
prasannavadanau vande pārvatīparameśvarau
To the beautiful faces of the divine couple, Parvati and the Supreme Lord, I offer my homage.
