The divine, beautiful, and radiant birds, who send forth the worlds.

शुक्लं वयन्तौ तरसा सुवेमा-
3 ṣaṣṭiśca gāvastriśatāśca dhēnava ēkaṁ vatsaṁ suvatē taṁ duhanti
They are white, swift, and capable of granting the desires of the sun.
-वधिष्ययन्तावसितं विवस्वतः ॥ २
nānāgōṣṭhā vihitā ēkadōhanā- -stāvaśvinau duhatō dharmamukthyam
The two Ashvins, with their strength, release the one caught by the powerful bird,

Thus, the one with good conduct, the red dawn, is brought forth.

From various herds, they are designated for one milking,
एकं वत्सं सुवते तं दुहन्ति।
hitvā girimaśvinau gāmudā carantau tadvr̥ṣṭimahnā prasthitau balasya
Thus, the Ashvins, who milk, grant the liberation of righteousness.

In which the gods are firmly established,

Thus, the Ashvins release us from the fear of poison.
