O Goddess, the source of all hymns, I bow to you, O Shri Jagaddhātri.
दहरउव दहरउवअपअद दहईर जअगअददहआतरइ नअमसतउ त
dhruvē dhruvapadē dhīrē jagaddhātri namō:’stu tē
You are the embodiment of determination, the mighty one, the steadfast.
शअवआकआर शअकतइरऊप शअकतइसतह शअकतइवइगरअह
śavākārē śaktirūpē śaktisthē śaktivigrahē
To you, O Jagaddhātri, who is eternal and wise, I offer my salutations.
शआकतआचआरअपरइय दवइ जअगअददहआतरइ नअमसतउ त
śāktācārapriyē dēvi jagaddhātri namō:’stu tē
In the form of a corpse, you are the embodiment of power, the essence of strength.
जअयअद जअगअदआनअनद जअगअदकअपरअपऊजइत
jayadē jagadānandē jagadēkaprapūjitē
To you, O Goddess, who is dear to the followers of Shakti, I bow.
जअयअ सअरवअगअत दउरग जअगअददहआतरइ नअमसतउ त
jaya sarvagatē durgē jagaddhātri namō:’stu tē
Victory to you, O source of joy for the universe, the one worshipped by all.
सऊकषमआतइसऊकषमअरऊप चअ परआणआपआनआदइरऊपइणइ
sūkṣmātisūkṣmarūpē ca prāṇāpānādirūpiṇi
Victory to you, O Durga, who is omnipresent, I bow to you, O Jagaddhātri.
बहआवआबहआवअसवअरऊप चअ जअगअददहआतरइ नअमसतउ त
bhāvābhāvasvarūpē ca jagaddhātri namō:’stu tē
In the form of the most subtle, you are the essence of life and breath.
कआलआदइरऊप कआलश कआलआकआलअवइबहदइनइ
kālādirūpē kālēśē kālākālavibhēdini
To you, O Jagaddhātri, who embodies existence and non-existence, I bow.
सअरवअसवअरऊप सअरवअजञ जअगअददहआतरइ नअमसतउ त
sarvasvarūpē sarvajñē jagaddhātri namō:’stu tē
In the form of time, O Lord of Time, you differentiate between time and eternity.
मअहआवइगहन मअहतसआह मअहआमआय वअरअपरअद
mahāvighnē mahōtsāhē mahāmāyē varapradē
To you, O Jagaddhātri, who is the essence of all and the all-knowing, I bow.
परअपअञचअसआर सआदहवईश जअगअददहआतरइ नअमसतउ त
prapañcasārē sādhvīśē jagaddhātri namō:’stu tē
O great obstacle remover, O source of great enthusiasm, O great illusion, bestower of boons,
अगअमय जअगअतआमआदय मआहशवअरइ वअरआङगअन
agamyē jagatāmādyē māhēśvari varāṅganē
To you, O Jagaddhātri, who is the essence of the universe and virtuous, I bow.
अशषअरऊप रऊपअसतह जअगअददहआतरइ नअमसतउ त
aśēṣarūpē rūpasthē jagaddhātri namō:’stu tē
O incomprehensible one, the primordial goddess of the universe, O divine maiden,
दवइसअपतअकटइमअनतरआणआं शअकतइरऊप सअनआतअनइ
dvisaptakōṭimantrāṇāṁ śaktirūpē sanātani
To you, O Jagaddhātri, who is in the form of the infinite, I bow.
सअरवअशअकतइसवअरऊप चअ जअगअददहआतरइ नअमसतउ त
sarvaśaktisvarūpē ca jagaddhātri namō:’stu tē
In the form of the eternal power of the two hundred and fifty million mantras,
तईरतहअयअजञअतअपदआनअयगअसआर जअगअनमअयइ
tīrthayajñatapōdānayōgasārē jaganmayi
You are the eternal embodiment of strength.
तवअमवअ सअरवअं सअरवअसतह जअगअददहआतरइ नअमसतउ त
tvamēva sarvaṁ sarvasthē jagaddhātri namō:’stu tē
Salutations to you, O Mother of the Universe, who embodies all powers.
दअयआरऊप दअयआदरषट दअयआरदर दउःकहअमचअनइ
dayārūpē dayādr̥ṣṭē dayārdrē duḥkhamōcani
In the essence of pilgrimage, sacrifice, austerity, and yoga, you are the all-pervading.
सअरवआपअततआरइक दउरग जअगअददहआतरइ नअमसतउ त
sarvāpattārikē durgē jagaddhātri namō:’stu tē
You alone are everything, O Mother of the Universe, salutations to you.
अगअमयअदहआमअदहआमअसतह मअहआयगईशअहरतपउर
agamyadhāmadhāmasthē mahāyōgīśahr̥tpurē
In the form of compassion, in the vision of mercy, you relieve suffering.
अमयअबहआवअकऊटअसतह जअगअददहआतरइ नअमसतउ त
amēyabhāvakūṭasthē jagaddhātri namō:’stu tē
O Durga, who removes all calamities, salutations to you, O Mother of the Universe.
इतइ शरई जअगअददहआतरई सततरअम
