Clear program details
A public program should state its purpose, duration, eligibility, schedule, organizer, and connected practices before Brahma treats it as discoverable.
Structured practice · Private progress
Anusthan is a deliberately structured period of practice undertaken with a clear intention, sequence, and duration. Brahma uses the term for guided programs that identify what you will practise, how long the program lasts, and what support is included. Individual enrollment, reflections, and completion state remain private and are never public search pages.
A public program should state its purpose, duration, eligibility, schedule, organizer, and connected practices before Brahma treats it as discoverable.
Enrollment identifiers, daily progress, reflections, pauses, and completion records belong to the participant and stay outside search and public sitemaps.
Programs can connect to factual public resources such as the Mantra library, Sankalp, and Nidra without exposing personal state.
