Agastya Stotram 1 ..
This stotram is a hymn dedicated to the sage Agastya, invoking his blessings for wisdom and guidance in life.
ासपतरात्रोदयमेतदसय दातवयमेततसकलं नरेण
āsaptarātrodayametadasya dātavyametatsakalaṃ nareṇa
O Lord, this hymn is offered to you, the giver of all, to be recited by mankind.
यावतसमाः सपत दशाथवा सयुरथोरधवमपयत्र वदनति केछित
yāvatsamāḥ sapta daśāthavā syurathordhvamapyatra vadanti kechit
As long as the ages endure, may those who chant this hymn be blessed with prosperity and wisdom.
(गसतयसतोत्रम) काशपुŚपपरतीकाश वहनिमारुतसमभव
(agastyastotram) kāśapuŚpapratīkāśa vahnimārutasambhava
O Agastya, the one who shines like the sun, may your grace illuminate our paths.
मित्रावरुणयोः पुत्र कुमभयोने नमो.सतु ते
mitrāvaruṇayoḥ putra kumbhayone namo.astu te
Salutations to you, O son of Mitra and Varuna, may you bestow your blessings upon us.
विनधयवृ^िदधिकŚयकर मेघतोयविŚापह
vindhyavṛ^iddhikŚayakara meghatoyaviŚāpaha
May the clouds of your compassion shower upon us, dispelling all sorrows and fears.
रतनवललभ देवेश लङकावासिननमो.सतु ते
ratnavallabha deveśa laṅkāvāsinnamo.astu te
O Lord of the jewels, residing in Lanka, we bow to you with reverence.
वातापी भकŚितो येन समुदरः शोŚितः पुरा
vātāpī bhakŚito yena samudraḥ śoŚitaḥ purā
By your grace, O Vataapi, the ocean once calmed, may we find peace and sustenance.
लोपामुदरा पतिः शरीमानयो.सौ तसमै नमो नमः
lopāmudrā patiḥ śrīmānyo.asau tasmai namo namaḥ
To Lopa Mudra's husband, the glorious one, we offer our repeated salutations.
