The treasure of hymns → O Lord Shiva, the hymn without illness

The praises of the self arise from your mouth, they are my outcome.

The moon and the sun, these deities have different classes.

You touch the gross aspect, similar to that which is not seen.

bhōgōpyasmin bhavati mithunē puṣkalastatra hētu- rnīlagrīva tvamasi bhuvanasthāpanāsūtradhāraḥ
The praise of the place where you reside is abundant, devotion is high,

If devotion is not there for you, or if one studies Brahma Vidya,

If there is no birth of consciousness, the creator is absent.

Of the elements like earth, birth is due to your own art,

klr̥ptākalpaḥ kimayamaśivairasthimukhyaiḥ padārthaiḥ kassyādasya stanakalaśayōrbhāranamrā bhavānī
Thus, O Lord, you attain the lordship of all worlds.

pāṇau khaṇḍaḥ paraśuridamapyakṣasūtraṁ kimasyē- tyā cakṣāṇō hara kr̥tadhiyāmastu hāsyaikavēdyaḥ
They say that enjoyment is in nature, the seers are devoid of conscious power,

yatkāpālavratamapi mahaddr̥ṣṭamēkāntaghōraṁ muktēradhvā sa punaramalaḥ pāvanaḥ kiṁ na jātaḥ
The enjoyer is capable of transforming it with intellect.

In this enjoyment, there is a couple, abundant is the cause there,

O Blue-necked one, you are the bearer of the thread that establishes the worlds.

The two sins are removed by the one who is faultless and follows the path.

The omniscience of the three worlds is where the thread is, nothing else.

The journey is greater in the thick darkness, holding the dissolution.

This creation of Brahma and others is from the dense nature, up to the pillar,

tasmādūrdhvaṁ dahanaparidhau rōṣadr̥ṣṭi prasūtē raktāśōkastabakita iva prāntadhūmadvirēphaḥ
The beautiful creation is imagined in the abode of the lotus,

With these eyes, O Hara, may the understanding of those who have acted be a source of laughter.
