शरी िनदरसतुतिः - पूरव (ेसत) दैतयदरपविनाशाय सहसराकŚाय धीमते

To the East, I bow to the mighty Narayana, who vanquishes the demons, bestowing wisdom upon the wise.
कुलिशवयगरहसताय नमसते.सतु शतकरतो
kuliśavyagrahastāya namaste.astu śatakrato
I offer my salutations to the wielder of the thunderbolt, the one who grants strength and prosperity.
शरी गनिसतुतिः - ागनेय (षोुथेसत) मुखं यससरवदेवानां येन हवयञछ नीयते
śrī agnistutiḥ - āgneya (ṣoutheast) mukhaṃ yassarvadevānāṃ yena havyañcha nīyate
To the South, I praise Agni, the divine fire, who leads all celestial beings to their rightful place.
शरीयमसतुतिः - दकŚिण (षोुथ) येन संहरियते सरवं येन सरवञछ रकŚयते
śrīyamastutiḥ - dakŚiṇa (ṣouth) yena saṃhriyate sarvaṃ yena sarvañcha rakŚyate
To the West, I honor the divine protector, who gathers all and safeguards the universe.
यसमादबिभेति लोको.यं यमराज नमो.सतुते
yasmādbibheti loko.ayaṃ yamarāja namo.astute
Whom the world fears not, I bow to Yama, the lord of death, who grants peace and liberation.
शरीनिरृ^ितयसतुतिः - नैरृ^ितय (षोुथवेसत) रकŚसां यातुधानानां पिशाछानाञछ यः पतिः
śrīnirṛ^ityastutiḥ - nairṛ^itya (ṣouthvest) rakŚasāṃ yātudhānānāṃ piśāchānāñcha yaḥ patiḥ
To the North, I revere the fierce Narriti, the lord of the rakshasas and spirits.
तसमै निरृ^ितये तुभयं रकŚसां पतये नमः
tasmai nirṛ^itaye tubhyaṃ rakŚasāṃ pataye namaḥ
To you, O Narriti, the ruler of the rakshasas, I offer my humble salutations.
शरीवरुणसतुतिः - पशछिम (Wेसत) येन परसूयते सरवं यसमिन सरवं परलीयते
śrīvaruṇastutiḥ - paśchima (West) yena prasūyate sarvaṃ yasmin sarvaṃ pralīyate
To the West, I honor Varuna, who governs all waters, in whom all beings dissolve.
वरुणाय जलेशाय पाशहसताय ते नमः
varuṇāya jaleśāya pāśahastāya te namaḥ
Salutations to Varuna, the lord of the waters, the one who binds with the noose of fate.
शरीवायुसतुतिः - वायवय (णोरथवेसत) ापूरयनते परवरतनते येन पराणादिवायवः
śrīvāyustutiḥ - vāyavya (ṇorthvest) āpūryante pravartante yena prāṇādivāyavaḥ
To the North, I praise Vayu, the wind, who sustains all life and carries the breath of existence.
भूतानामिह सरवेŚां नमसतसमै नभसवते
bhūtānāmiha sarveŚāṃ namastasmai nabhasvate
To the lord of all beings, I bow, the one who resides in the vast expanse of the sky.
शरीकुबेरसतुतिः - ुततर (णोरथ) यतपरसादात जगतसरवं धनेन परिपूरयते
śrīkuberastutiḥ - uttara (ṇorth) yatprasādāt jagatsarvaṃ dhanena paripūryate
To Kubera, the lord of wealth, who, by his grace, fills the world with abundance.
तसमै गुहयकनाथाय धनेशाय नमो.सतुते
tasmai guhyakanāthāya dhaneśāya namo.astute
To you, O lord of the hidden treasures, I offer my heartfelt salutations.
शरी ीशानसतुतिः - ीशानय (णोरथेसत) नमसत्रिशूलहसताय लोकसंरकŚणाय ते
śrī īśānastutiḥ - īśānya (ṇortheast) namastriśūlahastāya lokasaṃrakŚaṇāya te
To Ishana, the lord of all knowledge, I bow, who protects the realms of creation.
विदयानां पतये तुभयमीशानाय नमो नमः
vidyānāṃ pataye tubhyamīśānāya namo namaḥ
To you, O Ishana, the master of wisdom, I offer my repeated salutations.
