श्री गणेश स्तोत्राणि
umāṅgōdbhavaṁ dantivaktraṁ gaṇēśaṁ bhujākaṅkaṇaiḥ śōbhinaṁ dhūmrakētum
Salutations to the one born of Uma, with the face of an elephant,
उमाङ्गोद्भवं दन्तिवक्त्रं गणेशं
galē hāramuktāvalīśōbhitaṁ taṁ namō jñānarūpaṁ gaṇēśaṁ namastē
Adorned with beautiful arms, the smoky-complexioned one,
भुजाकङ्कणैः शोभिनं धूम्रकेतुम् । गले हारमुक्तावलीशोभितं तं
gaṇēśaṁ vadēttaṁ smarēt sarvakāryē smaran sanmukhaṁ jñānadaṁ sarvasiddhim
Decorated with a necklace of pearls around the neck,
नमो ज्ञानरूपं गणेशं नमस्ते ॥ १ ॥
manaścintitaṁ kāryamēvēṣu siddhyē- -nnamō buddhikāntaṁ gaṇēśaṁ namastē
I bow to you, O Ganesha, who is the embodiment of knowledge.
गणेशं वदेत्तं स्मरेत् सर्वकार्ये
mahāsundaraṁ vaktracihnaṁ virāṭaṁ caturdhābhujaṁ caikadantaikavarṇam
May Ganesha, who is spoken of, be remembered in all endeavors,
स्मरन् सन्मुखं ज्ञानदं सर्वसिद्धिम् । मनश्चिन्तितं कार्यमेवेषु सिद्ध्ये-
idaṁ dēvarūpaṁ gaṇaṁ siddhināthaṁ namō bhālacandraṁ gaṇēśaṁ namastē
By remembering him, one obtains knowledge and all accomplishments,
-न्नमो बुद्धिकान्तं गणेशं नमस्ते ॥ २ ॥
sasindūrasatkuṅkumaistulyavarṇaḥ stutairmōdakaiḥ prīyatē vighnarājaḥ
Whatever is contemplated in the mind shall surely be fulfilled,
महासुन्दरं वक्त्रचिह्नं विराटं
mahāsaṅkaṭacchēdakaṁ dhūmrakētuṁ namō gauriputraṁ gaṇēśaṁ namastē
I bow to you, O Ganesha, who is the lord of intellect.
चतुर्धाभुजं चैकदन्तैकवर्णम् । इदं देवरूपं गणं सिद्धिनाथं
yathā pātakacchēdakaṁ viṣṇunāma tathā dhyāyatāṁ śaṅkaraṁ pāpanāśaḥ
The beautiful one with a distinguished face, the colossal one,
नमो भालचन्द्रं गणेशं नमस्ते ॥ ३ ॥
yathā pūjitē ṣaṇmukhē śōkanāśō namō vighnanāśaṁ gaṇēśaṁ namastē
With four arms, having a single tusk and of one color,
ससिन्दूरसत्कुङ्कुमैस्तुल्यवर्णः
sadā sarvadā dhyāyatāmēkadantaṁ susindūrakaṁ pūjitaṁ raktapuṣpaiḥ
This divine form of Ganesha, the lord of success,
स्तुतैर्मोदकैः प्रीयते विघ्नराजः । महासङ्कटच्छेदकं धूम्रकेतुं
sadā carcitaṁ candanaiḥ kuṅkumāktaṁ namō jñānarūpaṁ gaṇēśaṁ namastē
I bow to you, O Ganesha, who has the moon on your forehead.
नमो गौरिपुत्रं गणेशं नमस्ते ॥ ४ ॥
namō gaurikāgarbhajāpatya tubhyaṁ namō jñānarūpinnamaḥ siddhikānta
Of a color resembling the red of a moonlit night,
यथा पातकच्छेदकं विष्णुनाम
namō dhyēyapūjyāya hē buddhinātha surāstvāṁ bhajantē gaṇēśaṁ namastē
The king of obstacles is pleased by praises and offerings,
तथा ध्यायतां शङ्करं पापनाशः । यथा पूजिते षण्मुखे शोकनाशो
bhujaṅgaprayātaṁ paṭhēdyastu bhaktyā prabhātē japēnnityamēkāgracittaḥ
The great remover of calamities, the smoky-complexioned one,
नमो विघ्ननाशं गणेशं नमस्ते ॥ ५ ॥
kṣayaṁ yānti vighnā diśaḥ śōbhayantaṁ namō jñānarūpaṁ gaṇēśaṁ namastē
I bow to you, O Ganesha, son of Gauri.
सदा सर्वदा ध्यायतामेकदन्तं
