Kulasekhara Pandya Krita Sri Somasundara Stotram

कुलशेखरपाण्ड्य उवाच –
kulaśēkharapāṇḍya uvāca – mahānīpāraṇyāntara kanakapadmākarataṭī mahēndrānītāṣṭadvipadhr̥tavimānāntaragatam
I bow to the great deity, who is the embodiment of the essence of all beings, residing in the lotus of the heart of the devotees.
महानीपारण्यान्तर कनकपद्माकरतटी
mahālīlābhūtaprakaṭitaviśiṣṭātmavibhavaṁ mahādēvaṁ vandē madhuraśapharākṣīsahacaram
I bow to the great deity, who is adorned with the crown of the moon, the one who is the source of all auspiciousness.
महेन्द्रानीताष्टद्विपधृतविमानान्तरगतम् । महालीलाभूतप्रकटितविशिष्टात्मविभवं
namannālīkākṣāmbuja bhavasunāśīra makuṭī vamanmāṇikyāmśusphuradaruṇapādābjayugalam
I bow to the great deity, who is the essence of bliss, worshipped by the lotus-eyed Lord Vishnu.
महादेवं वन्दे मधुरशफराक्षीसहचरम् ॥ १ ॥
amandānandābdhiṁ harinayanapadmārcitapadaṁ mahādēvaṁ vandē madhuraśapharākṣīsahacaram
I bow to the great deity, who is the son of the great elephant, the one who is the bestower of all fortunes.
नमन्नालीकाक्षाम्बुज भवसुनाशीर मकुटी
mahāmātaṅgāsr̥gvaravasanamadīndratanayā mahābhāgyaṁ mattāndhakakaraṭikaṇṭhīravavaram
I bow to the great deity, who is adorned with the serpent, the king of all beings, and who is the source of all prosperity.
वमन्माणिक्याम्शुस्फुरदरुणपादाब्जयुगलम् । अमन्दानन्दाब्धिं हरिनयनपद्मार्चितपदं
mahābhōgīndrōdyatphaṇagaṇigaṇālaṅkr̥tatanuṁ mahādēvaṁ vandē madhuraśapharākṣīsahacaram
I bow to the great deity, who is the one who creates and sustains the entire universe, the essence of all existence.
महादेवं वन्दे मधुरशफराक्षीसहचरम् ॥ २ ॥
samīrāhārēndrāṅgadamakhilalōkaikajananaṁ samīrāhārātmā praṇatajanahr̥tpadmanilayam
I bow to the great deity, who is the abode of the hearts of the humble, the one who is the source of all joy.
महामातङ्गासृग्वरवसनमदीन्द्रतनया
sumīnākṣī vaktrāmbuja taruṇasūraṁ sumanasaṁ mahādēvaṁ vandē madhuraśapharākṣīsahacaram
I bow to the great deity, who is the one who is worshipped by the divine beings, the embodiment of auspicious qualities.
महाभाग्यं मत्तान्धककरटिकण्ठीरववरम् । महाभोगीन्द्रोद्यत्फणगणिगणालङ्कृततनुं
natāghaughāraṇyānalamanilabhuṅnāthavalayaṁ sudhāmśōrardhāmśaṁ śirasi dadhataṁ jahnutanayām
I bow to the great deity, who is the ocean of milk, the one who is the source of all nourishment and sustenance.
महादेवं वन्दे मधुरशफराक्षीसहचरम् ॥ ३ ॥
vadānyānāmādyaṁ varavibudhavandyaṁ varaguṇaṁ mahādēvaṁ vandē madhuraśapharākṣīsahacaram
I bow to the great deity, who is the one who dispels all fears, the one who is the essence of compassion.
समीराहारेन्द्राङ्गदमखिललोकैकजननं
mahādugdhāmbōdhaumathanajavasambhūtamasitaṁ mahākālaṁ kaṇṭhē sakalabhayabhaṅgāya dadhatam
I bow to the great deity, who is the one who is worshipped by the great sages, the one who is the source of all wisdom.
समीराहारात्मा प्रणतजनहृत्पद्मनिलयम् । सुमीनाक्षी वक्त्राम्बुज तरुणसूरं सुमनसं
mahākāruṇyābdhiṁ madhumathana dr̥gdūracaraṇaṁ mahādēvaṁ vandē madhuraśapharākṣīsahacaram
I bow to the great deity, who is the one who is the essence of all auspiciousness, the one who is the source of all joy.
महादेवं वन्दे मधुरशफराक्षीसहचरम् ॥ ४ ॥
daśāsyāhaṅkāra druma kuliśitāṅguṣṭhanakharaṁ niśānātha śrījinnijavadanabimbaṁ niravadhim
I bow to the great deity, who is the one who is the refuge of all beings, the one who is the source of all blessings.
नताघौघारण्यानलमनिलभुङ्नाथवलयं
viśālākṣaṁ viśvaprabhava bharaṇōpāyakaraṇaṁ mahādēvaṁ vandē madhuraśapharākṣīsahacaram
