adrīśajādhīśa vidrāvitāghaugha bhadrākr̥tē pāhi mr̥tyuñjaya

उक्षेशसञ्चार यक्षेशसन्मित्र दक्षार्चित पाहि मृत्युञ्जय । ऊहापथातीतमाहात्म्यसम्युक्त मोहान्तका पाहि मृत्युञ्जय ।

ऋद्धिप्रदाशेषबुद्धिप्रतारज्ञ सिद्धेश्वर पाहि मृत्युञ्जय । ॠपर्वतोत्तुङ्गशृङ्गाग्रसङ्गाङ्गहेतो सदा पाहि मृत्युञ्जय ।
indūpalēnduprabhōtphullakundāravindākr̥tē pāhi mr̥tyuñjaya
O Lord of the moon, shining like a blooming lotus, protect us, O Death-conqueror, for the sake of the auspicious.
लुप्तात्मभक्तौघसङ्घाति सङ्घातकारि प्रहन् पाहि मृत्युञ्जय । लूतीकृतानेकपारादिकृत्यन्तनीयाधुना पाहि मृत्युञ्जय ।
īkṣāhatānaṅga dākṣāyaṇīnātha mōkṣākr̥tē pāhi mr̥tyuñjaya
O Lord of skill, the one who grants liberation, protect us, O Death-conqueror, for the sake of the auspicious.
एकादशाकार राकेन्दुसङ्काश शोकान्तक पाहि मृत्युञ्जय । ऐश्वर्यधामार्क वैश्वानराभास विश्वाधिक पाहि मृत्युञ्जय ।

ओषध्यधीशांशुभूषाधिपापौघ मोक्षप्रद पाहि मृत्युञ्जय । औद्धत्यहीनप्रबुद्धप्रभाव प्रबुद्धाखिल पाहि मृत्युञ्जय ।
ūhāpathātītamāhātmyasamyukta mōhāntakā pāhi mr̥tyuñjaya
O Lord who transcends all speculation, endowed with great glory, destroyer of delusion, protect us, O Death-conqueror.
अम्बासमाश्लिष्ट लम्बोदरापत्य बिम्बाधर पाहि मृत्युञ्जय । अस्तोककारुण्य दुस्तारसंसारनिस्तारण पाहि मृत्युञ्जय ।
r̥ddhipradāśēṣabuddhipratārajña siddhēśvara pāhi mr̥tyuñjaya
O Lord who grants all accomplishments, wise and knowledgeable, protector of the accomplished, protect us, O Death-conqueror.
कर्पूरगौरोग्र सर्पाढ्य कन्दर्पदर्पापह पाहि मृत्युञ्जय । खद्योतनेत्राग्निविद्युद्ग्रहाक्षादि विद्योतित पाहि मृत्युञ्जय ।
r̥̄parvatōttuṅgaśr̥ṅgāgrasaṅgāṅgahētō sadā pāhi mr̥tyuñjaya
O Lord who resides on the lofty peaks of the mountains, always protect us, O Death-conqueror, for the sake of our well-being.
गन्धेभचर्माङ्गसक्ताङ्ग संसारसिन्धुप्लव पाहि मृत्युञ्जय । घर्मांशुसङ्काश धर्मैकसम्प्राप्य शर्मप्रद पाहि मृत्युञ्जय ।
luptātmabhaktaughasaṅghāti saṅghātakāri prahan pāhi mr̥tyuñjaya
O Lord who gathers the lost souls of devotees, the one who brings them together, protect us, O Death-conqueror.
ङोत्पत्तिबीजाखिलोत्पत्तिबीजामराधीश मां पाहि मृत्युञ्जय । चन्द्रार्धचूड मरुन्नेत्र काञ्चीनगेन्द्रालय पाहि मृत्युञ्जय ।
lūtīkr̥tānēkapārādikr̥tyantanīyādhunā pāhi mr̥tyuñjaya
O Lord who has taken away countless sins, now protect us, O Death-conqueror, from all offenses.
छन्दः शिरोरत्न सन्दोहसंवेद्य मन्दस्मित पाहि मृत्युञ्जय । जन्मक्षयातीत चिन्मात्रमूर्ते भवोन्मूलन पाहि मृत्युञ्जय ।

टङ्कातिटङ्क मरुन्नेत्र भृङ्गाङ्गनासङ्गत पाहि मृत्युञ्जय । ठाली महापालि केली तिरस्कारकारानल पाहि मृत्युञ्जय ।

डोलायमानान्तरङ्गीकृतानेकलास्येश मां पाहि मृत्युञ्जय । ढक्काध्वनिध्वानदाहध्वनिभ्रान्तशतृत्व मां पाहि मृत्युञ्जय ।
auddhatyahīnaprabuddhaprabhāva prabuddhākhila pāhi mr̥tyuñjaya
O Death Conqueror, protect me with the power of the awakened, free from arrogance.
णाकारनेत्रान्त सन्तोषितात्म श्रितानन्द मां पाहि मृत्युञ्जय । तापत्रयात्युग्रदावानलसाक्षिरूपाव्यय पाहि मृत्युञ्जय ।
ambāsamāśliṣṭa lambōdarāpatya bimbādhara pāhi mr̥tyuñjaya

स्थाणो मुरारातिबाणोल्लसत्पञ्चबाणान्तक पाहि मृत्युञ्जय । दीनावनाद्यन्तहीनागमान्तैक मानोदिता पाहि मृत्युञ्जय ।
astōkakāruṇya dustārasaṁsāranistāraṇa pāhi mr̥tyuñjaya
O Death Conqueror, protect me, who is the savior from the ocean of difficult worldly existence, filled with compassion.
धात्रीधराधीशपुत्रीपरिष्वङ्गचित्राकृते पाहि मृत्युञ्जय । नन्दीशवाहारविन्दासनाराध्य विन्दाकृते पाहि मृत्युञ्जय ।
karpūragaurōgra sarpāḍhya kandarpadarpāpaha pāhi mr̥tyuñjaya

khadyōtanētrāgnividyudgrahākṣādi vidyōtita pāhi mr̥tyuñjaya

बालार्कबिम्बांशुभास्वज्जटाजूटिकालङ्कृत पाहि मृत्युञ्जय । भोगीश्वराकल्प योगिप्रियाभीष्टभोगप्रद पाहि मृत्युञ्जय ।
gandhēbhacarmāṅgasaktāṅga saṁsārasindhuplava pāhi mr̥tyuñjaya

मौलीद्युनद्यूर्मिमालाजटाजूटि कालीप्रिय पाहि मृत्युञ्जय । यज्ञेश्वराखण्डतज्ञानिधे दक्षयज्ञान्तक पाहि मृत्युञ्जय ।
gharmāṁśusaṅkāśa dharmaikasamprāpya śarmaprada pāhi mr̥tyuñjaya

candrārdhacūḍa marunnētra kāñcīnagēndrālaya pāhi mr̥tyuñjaya
O Death Conqueror, protect me, who resides in the abode of the golden-eyed moon, with a half-moon on the head.
षड्वक्त्रतात त्रिषाड्गुण्यलोकादिसृड्वन्दित पाहि मृत्युञ्जय । सोमावतंसान्तरङ्गे स्वयन्धाम सामप्रिय पाहि मृत्युञ्जय ।
