श्री अनंता मधुसूदना। पद्मनाभा नारायणा। जगव्यापका जनार्दना। आनंदघना अविनाशा॥ सकळ देवाधिदेवा। कृपाळु व्हा जी केशवा।
śrī anaṁtā madhusūdanā| padmanābhā nārāyaṇā| jagavyāpakā janārdanā| ānaṁdaghanā avināśā|| sakaḷa devādhidevā| kṛpāḷu vhā jī keśavā|
हे अनंत, मधुसूदन! आप पद्मनाभ और नारायण हैं। आप संपूर्ण जगत् में व्याप्त हैं और जनार्दन के रूप में सभी प्राणियों के आश्रयदाता हैं। आप आनंद के घन और अविनाशी हैं। हे केशव, आप सभी देवताओं के अधिदेव हैं, हम पर कृपा कीजिए। O Ananta, the destroyer of the demon Madhu! You are Padmanabha (one with a lotus in the navel) and Narayana. You pervade the entire universe and are the refuge of all beings as Janardana. You are the embodiment of bliss and are imperishable. O Keshava, you are the supreme deity of all gods, please bestow your grace upon us.
महानंदा महानुभवा। सदाशिवा सहजरूपा॥
mahānaṁdā mahānubhavā| sadāśivā sahajarūpā||
आप महानंद स्वरूप हैं और महानुभाव हैं। आप सदाशिव के समान सहज रूप वाले हैं, जो परम कल्याणकारी और स्वाभाविक रूप से स्थित हैं। आपकी महिमा अपरंपार है और आप सहज ही सभी के हृदय में वास करते हैं। You are the embodiment of great bliss and possess immense glory. You are like Sadashiva, having a natural and inherent form, ever auspicious and eternally present. Your greatness is boundless, and you naturally reside in the hearts of all.
चक्रधरा विश्वंभरा। गरूडध्वजा करूणाकरा। सहस्त्रपादा सहस्त्रकरा। क्षिरसागरा शेषशयना॥
cakradharā viśvaṁbharā| garūḍadhvajā karūṇākarā| sahastrapādā sahastrakarā| kṣirasāgarā śeṣaśayanā||
आप चक्र धारण करने वाले, विश्व का भरण-पोषण करने वाले हैं। आपके ध्वज पर गरुड़ विराजमान हैं और आप करुणा के सागर हैं। आपके सहस्रों पैर और सहस्रों हाथ हैं, और आप क्षीरसागर में शेषनाग पर शयन करते हैं। You are the wielder of the discus, the sustainer of the universe. Your banner bears the emblem of Garuda, and you are an ocean of compassion. You possess a thousand feet and a thousand hands, and you recline upon the serpent Shesha in the milky ocean.
कमलनयना कमलापती। कामिनीमोहना मदनमूर्ती। भवतारका धरी त्या क्षिती। वामनमूर्ती त्रिविक्रमा॥
kamalanayanā kamalāpatī| kāminīmohanā madanamūrtī| bhavatārakā dharī tyā kṣitī| vāmanamūrtī trivikramā||
आपकी आँखें कमल के समान सुंदर हैं और आप कमला (लक्ष्मी) के पति हैं। आप कामदेव को भी मोहित करने वाले और मदन के समान सुंदर मूर्ति वाले हैं। आप भवसागर से तारने वाले हैं और पृथ्वी को धारण करने वाले हैं, वामन अवतार में आपने त्रिविक्रम रूप धारण किया। Your eyes are as beautiful as lotuses, and you are the consort of Kamala (Lakshmi). You enchant even Kamadeva and possess a form as beautiful as the god of love. You are the savior from the ocean of worldly existence and the upholder of the earth, having taken the form of Trivikrama in your Vamana incarnation.
अगा हे सगुणा निर्गुणा। जगजनित्या जगजिवना। वसुदेव देवकीनंदना। बाळ रांगना बाळकृष्णा॥
agā he saguṇā nirguṇā| jagajanityā jagajivanā| vasudeva devakīnaṁdanā| bāḷa rāṁganā bāḷakṛṣṇā||
हे सगुण और निर्गुण स्वरूप! आप जगत के जन्मदाता और जगत के जीवनदाता हैं। आप वसुदेव और देवकी के पुत्र हैं, बाल रूप में आप रांगना (घुटनों के बल चलने वाले) और बालकृष्ण हैं। O You, who are both with attributes (Saguna) and without attributes (Nirguna)! You are the creator of the world and the life-giver to the world. You are the son of Vasudeva and Devaki, in your childhood form, you are the crawling child (Rangna) and Balakrishna.
तुका आला लोटांगणी। मज ठाव द्यावा जी चरणी। हेचि करीतसे विनवणी। भवबंधनी सोडवावे॥
tukā ālā loṭāṁgaṇī| maja ṭhāva dyāvā jī caraṇī| heci karītase vinavaṇī| bhavabaṁdhanī soḍavāve||
संत तुकाराम महाराज कहते हैं कि वे आपके चरणों में लोट-लोटकर प्रणाम कर रहे हैं। वे आपसे प्रार्थना करते हैं कि हे प्रभु, मुझे अपने श्रीचरणों में स्थान प्रदान करें। यही मेरी आपसे विनम्र विनती है कि मुझे इस संसार के बंधनों से मुक्त करें और मोक्ष प्रदान करें। Saint Tukaram Maharaj states that he is prostrating himself at your feet. He humbly requests, 'O Lord, grant me a place at your divine feet.' This is his earnest prayer, asking to be freed from the shackles of this worldly existence and to attain liberation.
