इस चौपाई में बताया गया है कि भगवान शिव और माता पार्वती निरंतर श्री रामचरितमानस का गान करते हैं। इसके साथ ही, ज्ञानी मुनि अगस्त्य (घटसंभव) भी इस पवित्र ग्रंथ की महिमा का बखान करते हैं। यह दर्शाता है कि यह ग्रंथ देवों और महान ऋषियों द्वारा भी पूजनीय और प्रशंसनीय है। This verse states that Lord Shiva and Mother Parvati constantly sing the praises of Shri Ramcharitmanas. यह रामायण कलयुग के समस्त पापों का नाश करने वाली है और सांसारिक विषयों के प्रति आसक्ति को फीका कर देती है। यह मोक्ष रूपी युवती का सुंदर श्रृंगार है, जो इसे पढ़ने वाले को मुक्ति की ओर अग्रसर करती है। This Ramayana purifies all sins of the Kali Yuga and diminishes attachment to worldly pleasures. It is the beautiful adornment of the maiden of liberation, guiding its readers towards salvation.

यह रामायण भवसागर के रोगों का नाश करने वाली अमृत के समान है। तुलसीदास जी कहते हैं कि यह ग्रंथ उनके लिए माता-पिता के समान है, जो हर प्रकार से उनका पालन-पोषण और मार्गदर्शन करता है। This Ramayana is like nectar, destroying the ailments of worldly existence.
