॥ आरती देवी स्कन्दमाता जी की ॥ जय तेरी हो स्कन्द माता।पांचवां नाम तुम्हारा आता॥
|| āratī devī skandamātā jī kī|| jaya terī ho skanda mātā|pāṁcavāṁ nāma tumhārā ātā||
हे स्कंदमाता, आपकी जय हो! दुर्गा के नौ रूपों में आपका पांचवां स्थान आता है। हम आपकी स्तुति करते हैं और आपके इस दिव्य स्वरूप का गुणगान करते हैं। Hail to you, O Skandamata! You are the fifth form among the nine manifestations of Goddess Durga. We sing your praises and glorify this divine aspect of yours.
सबके मन की जानन हारी।जग जननी सबकी महतारी॥
sabake mana kī jānana hārī|jaga jananī sabakī mahatārī||
हे माता, आप सभी के मन की बातों को जानने वाली हैं। आप इस जगत की जननी हैं और सभी प्राणियों की महान माता हैं। आपकी कृपा से ही संसार का पालन होता है। O Mother, you are the one who knows the innermost thoughts of everyone. You are the mother of this universe and the great mother of all beings. The sustenance of the world is due to your grace.
तेरी जोत जलाता रहूं मैं।हरदम तुझे ध्याता रहूं मै॥
terī jota jalātā rahūṁ maiṁ|haradama tujhe dhyātā rahūṁ mai||
मैं सदैव आपकी ज्योति जलाता रहूँ और हर पल आपका ही ध्यान करता रहूँ। मेरी यह कामना है कि मेरा मन हमेशा आपके चरणों में लीन रहे। May I always keep your divine flame burning and meditate upon you every moment. It is my wish that my mind remains constantly absorbed in your lotus feet.
कई नामों से तुझे पुकारा।मुझे एक है तेरा सहारा॥
kaī nāmoṁ se tujhe pukārā|mujhe eka hai terā sahārā||
मैंने आपको अनेक नामों से पुकारा है, क्योंकि इस संसार में मुझे केवल आपका ही सहारा है। आप ही मेरी रक्षक और मार्गदर्शक हैं। I have invoked you by many names, for in this world, you are my sole support. You are my protector and my guide.
भक्ति भारत आरती कही पहाड़ों पर है डेरा।कई शहरों में तेरा बसेरा॥
bhakti bhārata āratī kahī pahāṛoṁ para hai ḍerā|kaī śaharoṁ meṁ terā baserā||
हे माता, आपकी भक्ति की यह आरती कहती है कि आपका निवास पहाड़ों पर है। कई शहरों और स्थानों में भी आपके पवित्र मंदिर और वास स्थान हैं, जहाँ भक्त आपकी पूजा करते हैं। O Mother, this Aarti of your devotion states that your abode is in the mountains. You also reside in many cities and places, where devotees worship you in your sacred temples.
हर मन्दिर में तेरे नजारे।गुण गाए तेरे भक्त प्यारे॥
hara mandira meṁ tere najāre|guṇa gāe tere bhakta pyāre||
हे माँ स्कंदमाता, आपके दिव्य स्वरूप के दर्शन हर मंदिर में होते हैं, जहाँ आपके प्यारे भक्तजन श्रद्धापूर्वक आपके गुणों का गान करते हैं। आपकी महिमा और सौंदर्य हर जगह व्याप्त है, और भक्तजन आपके दर्शन पाकर धन्य होते हैं। O Mother Skandamata, your divine form is seen in every temple, where your beloved devotees lovingly sing your praises. Your glory and beauty are pervasive everywhere, and devotees feel blessed upon having your darshan.
भक्ति अपनी मुझे दिला दो।शक्ति मेरी बिगड़ी बना दो॥
bhakti apanī mujhe dilā do|śakti merī bigaṛī banā do||
हे माँ, मैं आपसे प्रार्थना करता हूँ कि आप मुझे अपनी शुद्ध भक्ति प्रदान करें। मेरी बिगड़ी हुई परिस्थितियों को सुधारने की शक्ति केवल आप में है, इसलिए मेरी सहायता करें और मेरे जीवन को संवार दें। O Mother, I pray to you to grant me your pure devotion. Only you have the power to rectify my adverse situations, so please help me and improve my life.
इन्द्र आदि देवता मिल सारे।करे पुकार तुम्हारे द्वारे॥
indra ādi devatā mila sāre|kare pukāra tumhāre dvāre||
इंद्र सहित सभी देवतागण जब भी किसी संकट में पड़ते हैं, तो वे सब मिलकर आपके द्वार पर पुकार लगाते हैं। आपकी शरण में आकर ही उन्हें सुरक्षा और समाधान मिलता है। Whenever Indra and all other deities face a crisis, they collectively call out at your doorstep. It is only by seeking refuge in you that they find protection and solutions.
दुष्ट दैत्य जब चढ़ कर आए।तू ही खण्ड हाथ उठाए॥
duṣṭa daitya jaba caṛha kara āe|tū hī khaṇḍa hātha uṭhāe||
जब भी दुष्ट दैत्य अपनी शक्ति का प्रदर्शन करते हुए अत्याचार करते हैं, तब आप ही अपने हाथों में खड्ग उठाकर उनका संहार करती हैं। आप ही भक्तों की रक्षा के लिए प्रकट होती हैं। Whenever wicked demons commit atrocities by displaying their power, it is you who raises your sword in your hands and destroys them. You alone manifest to protect your devotees.
दासों को सदा बचाने आयी।भक्त की आस पुजाने आयी॥
dāsoṁ ko sadā bacāne āyī|bhakta kī āsa pujāne āyī||
आप अपने दासों और भक्तों को सदा बचाने के लिए आती हैं। आप भक्तों की हर आशा और मनोकामना को पूर्ण करने के लिए प्रकट होती हैं, उनकी पुकार सुनकर उनकी सहायता करती हैं। You always come to protect your servants and devotees. You manifest to fulfill every hope and desire of your devotees, hearing their pleas and assisting them.
