श्री गणेश स्तोत्राणि
smarāmi dēvadēvēśaṁ vakratuṇḍaṁ mahābalam
I remember the divine lord, the great one with a curved trunk and immense strength.
स्मरामि देवदेवेशं वक्रतुण्डं महाबलम् ।
ṣaḍakṣaraṁ kr̥pāsindhuṁ namāmi r̥ṇamuktayē
I bow to the six-syllabled one, the ocean of mercy, for the liberation from debts.
षडक्षरं कृपासिन्धुं नमामि ऋणमुक्तये ॥ १ ॥
ēkākṣaraṁ hyēkadantaṁ ēkaṁ brahma sanātanam
The one with a single eye, the unique tusked one, is the eternal Brahman.
एकाक्षरं ह्येकदन्तं एकं ब्रह्म सनातनम् ।
ēkamēvādvitīyaṁ ca namāmi r̥ṇamuktayē
I bow to the one who is non-dual and unique for the liberation from debts.
एकमेवाद्वितीयं च नमामि ऋणमुक्तये ॥ २ ॥
mahāgaṇapatiṁ dēvaṁ mahāsattvaṁ mahābalam
I bow to the great lord Ganapati, the divine one of great virtue and strength.
महागणपतिं देवं महासत्त्वं महाबलम् ।
mahāvighnaharaṁ śambhōḥ namāmi r̥ṇamuktayē
I bow to the remover of great obstacles, the lord of Shiva, for the liberation from debts.
महाविघ्नहरं शम्भोः नमामि ऋणमुक्तये ॥ ३ ॥
kr̥ṣṇāmbaraṁ kr̥ṣṇavarṇaṁ kr̥ṣṇagandhānulēpanam
I bow to the one dressed in black, of black hue, and smeared with the fragrance of black.
कृष्णाम्बरं कृष्णवर्णं कृष्णगन्धानुलेपनम् ।
kr̥ṣṇasarpōpavītaṁ ca namāmi r̥ṇamuktayē
I bow to the one adorned with a black serpent for the liberation from debts.
कृष्णसर्पोपवीतं च नमामि ऋणमुक्तये ॥ ४ ॥
raktāmbaraṁ raktavarṇaṁ raktagandhānulēpanam
I bow to the one dressed in red, of red hue, and smeared with the fragrance of red flowers.
रक्ताम्बरं रक्तवर्णं रक्तगन्धानुलेपनम् ।
raktapuṣpapriyaṁ dēvaṁ namāmi r̥ṇamuktayē
I bow to the divine one who loves red flowers for the liberation from debts.
रक्तपुष्पप्रियं देवं नमामि ऋणमुक्तये ॥ ५ ॥
pītāmbaraṁ pītavarṇaṁ pītagandhānulēpanam
I bow to the one dressed in yellow, of yellow hue, and smeared with the fragrance of yellow flowers.
पीताम्बरं पीतवर्णं पीतगन्धानुलेपनम् ।
pītapuṣpapriyaṁ dēvaṁ namāmi r̥ṇamuktayē
I bow to the divine one who loves yellow flowers for the liberation from debts.
पीतपुष्पप्रियं देवं नमामि ऋणमुक्तये ॥ ६ ॥
dhūmrāmbaraṁ dhūmravarṇaṁ dhūmragandhānulēpanam
I bow to the one dressed in gray, of gray hue, and smeared with the fragrance of smoke.
धूम्राम्बरं धूम्रवर्णं धूम्रगन्धानुलेपनम् ।
hōmadhūmapriyaṁ dēvaṁ namāmi r̥ṇamuktayē
I bow to the divine one who loves the smoke of offerings for the liberation from debts.
होमधूमप्रियं देवं नमामि ऋणमुक्तये ॥ ७ ॥
phālanētraṁ phālacandraṁ pāśāṅkuśadharaṁ vibhum
The one with a fruit-like eye, the moon-like one, who holds the noose and goad, is the omnipotent.
फालनेत्रं फालचन्द्रं पाशाङ्कुशधरं विभुम् ।
cāmarālaṅkr̥taṁ dēvaṁ namāmi r̥ṇamuktayē
I bow to the deity adorned with a chamara, who liberates from debt.
चामरालङ्कृतं देवं नमामि ऋणमुक्तये ॥ ८ ॥
idaṁ tvr̥ṇaharaṁ stōtraṁ sandhyāyāṁ yaḥ paṭhēnnaraḥ
This prayer, which removes grass, should be recited by a person at dusk.
इदं त्वृणहरं स्तोत्रं सन्ध्यायां यः पठेन्नरः ।
ṣaṇmāsābhyantarēṇaiva r̥ṇamuktō bhaviṣyati
By reciting it for six months, one will be freed from debt.
षण्मासाभ्यन्तरेणैव ऋणमुक्तो भविष्यति ॥ ९ ॥
iti r̥ṇavimōcana mahāgaṇapati stōtram
