श्री गणेश स्तोत्राणि
dhyānam
I bow to the Lord Ganesha, the embodiment of all auspiciousness, who is revered by all.
ध्यानम् ।
trinētraṁ gajāsyaṁ caturbāhudhāraṁ paraśvādiśastrairyutaṁ bhālacandram
With three eyes and an elephant's face, holding four arms,
त्रिनेत्रं गजास्यं चतुर्बाहुधारं
narākāradēhaṁ sadā yōgaśāntaṁ gaṇēśaṁ bhajē sarvavandyaṁ parēśam
armed with a mighty axe and adorned with the moon on his forehead,
परश्वादिशस्त्रैर्युतं भालचन्द्रम् ।
bindurūpō vakratuṇḍō rakṣatu mē hr̥di sthitaḥ
He has the form of a human and is always tranquil in yoga.
नराकारदेहं सदा योगशान्तं
dēhāṁścaturvidhāṁstattvāṁstattvādhāraḥ sanātanaḥ
I worship Ganesha, the supreme Lord, who is worthy of all reverence.
गणेशं भजे सर्ववन्द्यं परेशम् ॥ १ ॥
dēhamōhayutaṁ hyēkadantaḥ sō:'haṁ svarūpadhr̥k
May the one with a curved trunk, who resides in my heart, protect me.
बिन्दुरूपो वक्रतुण्डो रक्षतु मे हृदि स्थितः । देहांश्चतुर्विधांस्तत्त्वांस्तत्त्वाधारः सनातनः ॥ २ ॥
dēhinaṁ māṁ viśēṣēṇa rakṣatu bhramanāśakaḥ
He is the eternal essence of the four types of bodies and their foundations.
देहमोहयुतं ह्येकदन्तः सोऽहं स्वरूपधृक् । देहिनं मां विशेषेण रक्षतु भ्रमनाशकः ॥ ३ ॥
mahōdarastathā dēvō nānābōdhān pratāpavān
I am the one with a single tusk, endowed with a body that is a manifestation of the divine.
महोदरस्तथा देवो नानाबोधान् प्रतापवान् । सदा रक्षतु मे बोधानन्दसंस्थो ह्यहर्निशम् ॥ ४ ॥
sadā rakṣatu mē bōdhānandasaṁsthō hyaharniśam
May the one who dispels all wandering protect me in particular.
साङ्ख्यान् रक्षतु साङ्ख्येशो गजाननः सुसिद्धिदः । असत्येषु स्थितं मां स लम्बोदरश्च रक्षतु ॥ ५ ॥
sāṅkhyān rakṣatu sāṅkhyēśō gajānanaḥ susiddhidaḥ
The great deity, endowed with various forms of wisdom, is ever powerful.
सत्सु स्थितं सुमोहेन विकटो मां परात्परः । रक्षतु भक्तवात्सल्यात् सदैकामृतधारकः ॥ ६ ॥
asatyēṣu sthitaṁ māṁ sa lambōdaraśca rakṣatu
May He protect me with knowledge and bliss day and night.
आनन्देषु स्थितं नित्यं मां रक्षतु समात्मकः । विघ्नराजो महाविघ्नैर्नानाखेलकरः प्रभुः ॥ ७ ॥
satsu sthitaṁ sumōhēna vikaṭō māṁ parātparaḥ
May the Lord of numbers, Gajanan, who is accomplished, protect me.
अव्यक्तेषु स्थितं नित्यं धूम्रवर्णः स्वरूपधृक् । मां रक्षतु सुखाकारः सहजः सर्वपूजितः ॥ ८ ॥
rakṣatu bhaktavātsalyāt sadaikāmr̥tadhārakaḥ
May the one with a large belly, who stands firm in the realm of the unreal, protect me.
स्वसंवेद्येषु संस्थं मां गणेशः स्वस्वरूपधृक् । रक्षतु योगभावेन संस्थितो भवनायकः ॥ ९ ॥
ānandēṣu sthitaṁ nityaṁ māṁ rakṣatu samātmakaḥ
In the realm of the real, may the fierce one, the supreme being, protect me.
अयोगेषु स्थितं नित्यं मां रक्षतु गणेश्वरः । निवृत्तिरूपधृक् साक्षादसमाधिसुखे रतः ॥ १० ॥
vighnarājō mahāvighnairnānākhēlakaraḥ prabhuḥ
May He, who is ever compassionate towards His devotees, protect me, the bearer of eternal nectar.
योगशान्तिधरो मां तु रक्षतु योगसंस्थितम् । गणाधीशः प्रसन्नात्मा सिद्धिबुद्धिसमन्वितः ॥ ११ ॥
avyaktēṣu sthitaṁ nityaṁ dhūmravarṇaḥ svarūpadhr̥k
May He, who is always in bliss, protect me, the one who is self-realized.
पुरो मां गजकर्णश्च रक्षतु विघ्नहारकः । वाह्न्यां याम्यां च नैरृत्यां चिन्तामणिर्वरप्रदः ॥ १२ ॥
māṁ rakṣatu sukhākāraḥ sahajaḥ sarvapūjitaḥ
The king of obstacles, the great obstacle, who engages in various pastimes, is my Lord.
रक्षतु पश्चिमे ढुण्ढिर्हेरम्बो वायुदिक् स्थितम् । विनायकश्चोत्तरे तु प्रमोदश्चेशदिक् स्थितम् ॥ १३ ॥
svasaṁvēdyēṣu saṁsthaṁ māṁ gaṇēśaḥ svasvarūpadhr̥k
May the one who is always present in the unmanifest, of a smoky hue, and who is the essence of nature, protect me, the one who brings happiness, naturally revered by all.
ऊर्ध्वं सिद्धिपतिः पातु बुद्धीशोऽधः स्थितं सदा । सर्वाङ्गेषु मयूरेशः पातु मां भक्तिलालसः ॥ १४ ॥
rakṣatu yōgabhāvēna saṁsthitō bhavanāyakaḥ
May Lord Ganesha, who is established in the self-awareness of the essence, protect me with the power of yoga, the lord of the abode.
यत्र तत्र स्थितं मां तु सदा रक्षतु योगपः । पुरशुपाशसम्युक्तो वरदाभयधारकः ॥ १५ ॥
ayōgēṣu sthitaṁ nityaṁ māṁ rakṣatu gaṇēśvaraḥ
May Ganesha, the lord of yoga, who is always present in the unmanifest, protect me, the lord of obstacles.
इदं गणपतेः प्रोक्तं वज्रपञ्जरकं परम् । धारयस्व महादेव विजयी त्वं भविष्यसि ॥ १६ ॥
nivr̥ttirūpadhr̥k sākṣādasamādhisukhē rataḥ
The one who embodies the essence of liberation, who is ever engaged in the bliss of direct realization, may he protect me, the one established in yoga.
य इदं पञ्जरं धृत्वा यत्र कुत्र स्थितो भवेत् । न तस्य जायते क्वापि भयं नानास्वभावजम् ॥ १७ ॥
yōgaśāntidharō māṁ tu rakṣatu yōgasaṁsthitam
May the lord of obstacles, who is endowed with the essence of cessation, protect me, who is ever engaged in the bliss of samadhi.
यः पठेत् पञ्जरं नित्यं स ईप्सितमवाप्नुयात् । वज्रसारतनुर्भूत्वा चरेत्सर्वत्र मानवः ॥ १८ ॥
gaṇādhīśaḥ prasannātmā siddhibuddhisamanvitaḥ
May the lord of the hosts, who is of a joyful nature and endowed with the wisdom of accomplishment, protect me in front, the one with the elephant ears, who removes obstacles.
त्रिकालं यः पठेन्नित्यं स गणेश इवापरः । निर्विघ्नः सर्वकार्येषु ब्रह्मभूतो भवेन्नरः ॥ १९ ॥
purō māṁ gajakarṇaśca rakṣatu vighnahārakaḥ
In the southern direction, may the wish-fulfilling gem, who grants boons, protect me in the fire and the south-west.
यः शृणोति गणेशस्य पञ्जरं वज्रसञ्ज्ञकम् । आरोग्यादिसमायुक्तो भवते गणपप्रियः ॥ २० ॥
vāhnyāṁ yāmyāṁ ca nairr̥tyāṁ cintāmaṇirvarapradaḥ
May the one who is the remover of obstacles, the Vinayaka, protect me in the northern direction, and may the lord of joy protect me in the eastern direction.
धनं धान्यं पशून् विद्यामायुष्यं पुत्रपौत्रकम् । सर्वसम्पत्समायुक्तमैश्वर्यं पठनाल्लभेत् ॥ २१ ॥
rakṣatu paścimē ḍhuṇḍhirhērambō vāyudik sthitam
May the lord of accomplishment protect me above, and the lord of wisdom protect me below, always.
न भयं तस्य वज्रात्तु चक्राच्छूलाद्भवेत् कदा । शङ्करादेर्महादेव पठनादस्य नित्यशः ॥ २२ ॥
vināyakaścōttarē tu pramōdaścēśadik sthitam
May the lord of peacocks protect me in all my limbs, who is ever eager for devotion.
यं यं चिन्तयते मर्त्यस्तं तं प्राप्नोति शाश्वतम् । पठनादस्य विघ्नेश पञ्जरस्य निरन्तरम् ॥ २३ ॥
ūrdhvaṁ siddhipatiḥ pātu buddhīśō:'dhaḥ sthitaṁ sadā
Wherever I may be, may the protector of yoga always protect me.
लक्षावृत्तिभिरेवं स सिद्धपञ्जरको भवेत् । स्तम्भयेदपि सूर्यं तु ब्रह्माण्डं वशमानयेत् ॥ २४ ॥
sarvāṅgēṣu mayūrēśaḥ pātu māṁ bhaktilālasaḥ
United with the bonds of the past, holding the boon and fearlessness,
एवमुक्त्वा गणेशानोऽन्तर्दधे मुनिसत्तम । शिवो देवादिभिर्युक्तो हर्षितः सम्बभूव ह ॥ २५ ॥
yatra tatra sthitaṁ māṁ tu sadā rakṣatu yōgapaḥ
This is proclaimed by Lord Ganesha, the supreme Vajrapanjara.
इति श्रीमन्मुद्गले महापुराणे धूम्रवर्णचरिते वज्रपञ्जरकथनं नाम त्रयोविंशोऽध्यायः । श्री गणेश स्तोत्राणि
puraśupāśasamyuktō varadābhayadhārakaḥ
Hold it, great God, you will be victorious,
Ganesha - गणेश
idaṁ gaṇapatēḥ prōktaṁ vajrapañjarakaṁ param
Whoever holds this cage, wherever they may be,
Pushtipati Stotram (Devarshi Krutam) – पुष्टिपति स्तोत्रम् (देवर्षि कृतम्)
dhārayasva mahādēva vijayī tvaṁ bhaviṣyasi
No fear will arise for them, of any nature.
