श्री गणेश स्तोत्राणि
śrīkaṇṭhatanaya śrīśa śrīkara śrīdalārcita
O Lord Ganesha, I bow to you, the source of all praises.
श्रीकण्ठतनय श्रीश श्रीकर श्रीदलार्चित ।
śrīvināyaka sarvēśa śriyaṁ vāsaya mē kulē
O great Ganesha, I offer this hymn of the nine syllables.
श्रीविनायक सर्वेश श्रियं वासय मे कुले ॥ १ ॥
gajānana gaṇādhīśa dvijarājavibhūṣita
Son of Shiva, the auspicious one, the bestower of prosperity,
गजानन गणाधीश द्विजराजविभूषित ।
bhajē tvāṁ saccidānanda brahmaṇāṁ brahmaṇaspatē
O Vinayaka, the Lord of all, may you reside in my lineage.
भजे त्वां सच्चिदानन्द ब्रह्मणां ब्रह्मणस्पते ॥ २ ॥
ṇaṣaṣṭhavācyanāśāya rōgāṭavikuṭhāriṇē
O elephant-faced one, the leader of the Ganas, adorned by the king of Brahmins,
णषष्ठवाच्यनाशाय रोगाटविकुठारिणे ।
ghr̥ṇāpālitalōkāya vanānāṁ patayē namaḥ
I worship you, the embodiment of existence, consciousness, and bliss, the Lord of the universe.
घृणापालितलोकाय वनानां पतये नमः ॥ ३ ॥
dhiyaṁ prayacchatē tubhyamīpsitārthapradāyinē
To you, who removes the six obstacles and destroys diseases,
धियं प्रयच्छते तुभ्यमीप्सितार्थप्रदायिने ।
dīptabhūṣaṇabhūṣāya diśāṁ ca patayē namaḥ
Salutations to you, the protector of the world, the lord of the forests.
दीप्तभूषणभूषाय दिशां च पतये नमः ॥ ४ ॥
pañcabrahmasvarūpāya pañcapātakahāriṇē
May you grant me intelligence, O giver of desired objects.
पञ्चब्रह्मस्वरूपाय पञ्चपातकहारिणे ।
pañcatattvātmanē tubhyaṁ paśūnāṁ patayē namaḥ
Salutations to you, who is adorned with brilliant ornaments and governs the directions.
पञ्चतत्त्वात्मने तुभ्यं पशूनां पतये नमः ॥ ५ ॥
taṭitkōṭipratīkāśatanavē viśvasākṣiṇē
To you, who is the essence of the five Brahmanas and removes the five sins,
तटित्कोटिप्रतीकाशतनवे विश्वसाक्षिणे ।
tapaḥsvādhyāyinē tubhyaṁ sēnānibhyaśca vō namaḥ
Salutations to you, the soul of the five elements, the lord of all creatures.
तपःस्वाध्यायिने तुभ्यं सेनानिभ्यश्च वो नमः ॥ ६ ॥
yē bhajantyakṣaraṁ tvāṁ tē prāpnuvantyakṣarātmatām
To you, who shines like a million lightning bolts and is the witness of the universe,
ये भजन्त्यक्षरं त्वां ते प्राप्नुवन्त्यक्षरात्मताम् ।
naikarūpāya mahatē muṣṇatāṁ patayē namaḥ
Salutations to you, who practices austerity and self-study, and to your armies as well.
नैकरूपाय महते मुष्णतां पतये नमः ॥ ७ ॥
nagajāvaraputrāya surarājārcitāya ca
Those who worship you, the imperishable one, attain the essence of the imperishable.
नगजावरपुत्राय सुरराजार्चिताय च ।
suguṇāya namastubhyaṁ sumr̥ḍīkāya mīḍhuṣē
Salutations to you, the great one of many forms, the son of the elephant, worshipped by the king of gods.
सुगुणाय नमस्तुभ्यं सुमृडीकाय मीढुषे ॥ ८ ॥
mahāpātakasaṅghātamahāraṇabhayāpaha
Salutations to you, O one of good qualities, O sweet and delightful one.
महापातकसङ्घातमहारणभयापह ।
tvadīyakr̥payā dēva sarvānava yajāmahē
You dispel the fear of great sins and dangers.
त्वदीयकृपया देव सर्वानव यजामहे ॥ ९ ॥
navārṇaratnanigamapādasampuṭitāṁ stutim
By your grace, O Lord, we perform the yajna for all beings.
नवार्णरत्ननिगमपादसम्पुटितां स्तुतिम् ।
bhaktyā paṭhanti yē tēṣāṁ tuṣṭō bhava gaṇādhipa
We sing praises contained in the nine gems of the Vedas.
भक्त्या पठन्ति ये तेषां तुष्टो भव गणाधिप ॥ १० ॥
iti śrī mahāgaṇapati navārṇavēdapāda stavaḥ
Those who recite with devotion, may you, O Lord of the hosts, be pleased with them.
