vāmadēvatanūbhavaṁ nijavāmabhāgasamāśritaṁ vallabhāmāśliṣya tanmukhavalguvīkṣaṇadīkṣitam
O Lord Ganesha, the treasure of hymns, I offer my prayers to you.
वामदेवतनूभवं निजवामभागसमाश्रितं
vātanandana vāñchitārthavidhāyinaṁ sukhadāyinaṁ vāraṇānanamāśrayē vandāruvighnanivāraṇam
You are the embodiment of the Vāmadeva, sheltered by your left side.
वल्लभामाश्लिष्य तन्मुखवल्गुवीक्षणदीक्षितम् । वातनन्दन वाञ्छितार्थविधायिनं सुखदायिनं
kāraṇaṁ jagatāṁ kalādharadhāriṇaṁ śubhakāriṇaṁ kāyakānti jitāruṇaṁ kr̥tabhaktapāpavidāriṇam
Embracing the beloved, you are adorned with the grace of your charming glance.
वारणाननमाश्रये वन्दारुविघ्ननिवारणम् ॥ १ ॥
vādivāksahakāriṇaṁ vārāṇasīsañcāriṇaṁ vāraṇānanamāśrayē vandāruvighnanivāraṇam
O son of the wind, bestower of desires, you grant happiness to all.
कारणं जगतां कलाधरधारिणं शुभकारिणं
mōhasāgaratārakaṁ māyāvikuhanāvārakaṁ mr̥tyubhayaparihārakaṁ ripukr̥tyadōṣanivārakam
I take refuge in the one with the elephant face, remover of obstacles for devotees.
कायकान्ति जितारुणं कृतभक्तपापविदारिणम् । वादिवाक्सहकारिणं वाराणसीसञ्चारिणं
pūjakāśāpūrakaṁ puṇyārthasatkr̥tikārakaṁ vāraṇānanamāśrayē vandāruvighnanivāraṇam
You are the cause of the universe, bearer of the arts, and doer of auspicious deeds.
वारणाननमाश्रये वन्दारुविघ्ननिवारणम् ॥ २ ॥
ākhudaityarathāṅgamaruṇamayūkhamarthi sukhārthinaṁ śēkharīkr̥ta candrarēkhamudārasuguṇamadāruṇam
You conquer the brilliance of the sun, dispelling the sins of your devotees.
मोहसागरतारकं मायाविकुहनावारकं
śrīkhaniṁ śritabhaktanirjaraśākhinaṁ lēkhāvanaṁ vāraṇānanamāśrayē vandāruvighnanivāraṇam
You assist in the power of speech and roam in Varanasi.
मृत्युभयपरिहारकं रिपुकृत्यदोषनिवारकम् । पूजकाशापूरकं पुण्यार्थसत्कृतिकारकं
tuṅgamūṣakavāhanaṁ surapuṅgavāri vimōhanaṁ maṅgalāyatanaṁ mahājanabhr̥ṅgaśāntividhāyinam
I take refuge in the one with the elephant face, remover of obstacles for devotees.
वारणाननमाश्रये वन्दारुविघ्ननिवारणम् ॥ ३ ॥
aṅgajāntakanandanaṁ sukhabhr̥ṅgapadmōdañcanaṁ vāraṇānanamāśrayē vandāruvighnanivāraṇam
You are the star that crosses the ocean of delusion, dispeller of the illusion of Maya.
आखुदैत्यरथाङ्गमरुणमयूखमर्थि सुखार्थिनं
rāghavēśvararakṣakaṁ rakṣaughaśikṣaṇadakṣakaṁ śrīghanaṁ śritamaunivacanāmōghatāsampādanam
You remove the fear of death and eradicate the faults of enemies.
शेखरीकृत चन्द्ररेखमुदारसुगुणमदारुणम् । श्रीखनिं श्रितभक्तनिर्जरशाखिनं लेखावनं
ślāghanīyadayāguṇaṁ maghavattapaḥ phalapūraṇaṁ vāraṇānanamāśrayē vandāruvighnanivāraṇam
You fulfill the wishes of worshippers and create auspicious deeds.
वारणाननमाश्रये वन्दारुविघ्ननिवारणम् ॥ ४ ॥
kañcanaścyutigōpyabhāvamakiñcanāṁśca dayārasaiḥ siñcatā nijavīkṣaṇēna samañcitārthasukhāspadam

तुङ्गमूषकवाहनं सुरपुङ्गवारि विमोहनं
pañcavaktrasutaṁ suradviḍvañcanādhr̥ta kauśalaṁ vāraṇānanamāśrayē vandāruvighnanivāraṇam
You are the charioteer of the mighty, illuminating the path for those seeking happiness.
मङ्गलायतनं महाजनभृङ्गशान्तिविधायिनम् । अङ्गजान्तकनन्दनं सुखभृङ्गपद्मोदञ्चनं
yacchatakratukāmitaṁ prāyacchadarcitamādarā- -dyacchatacchadasāmyamanvanugacchatīcchati sauhr̥dam
You are the moonbeam that enhances the noble qualities of the generous.
वारणाननमाश्रये वन्दारुविघ्ननिवारणम् ॥ ५ ॥
tacchubhamyukarāmbujaṁ tava dikpatiśriyamarthinē vāraṇānanamāśrayē vandāruvighnanivāraṇam
O Lord, you are the refuge of devotees, the one who brings forth the fruit of their efforts.
राघवेश्वररक्षकं रक्षौघशिक्षणदक्षकं
rājarāja kirīṭakōṭi virājamāna maṇiprabhā puñjarañjitamañjulāṅghri sarōjamaja vr̥jināpaham
I take refuge in the one with the elephant face, remover of obstacles for devotees.
श्रीघनं श्रितमौनिवचनामोघतासम्पादनम् । श्लाघनीयदयागुणं मघवत्तपः फलपूरणं
bhañjakaṁ diviṣaddviṣāmanurañjakaṁ munisantatē- -rvāraṇānanamāśrayē vandāruvighnanivāraṇam
You protect the Lord of Raghus, skilled in training the host of protectors.
वारणाननमाश्रये वन्दारुविघ्ननिवारणम् ॥ ६ ॥
śiṣṭakaṣṭanibarhaṇaṁ surajuṣṭanijapadaviṣṭaraṁ duṣṭaśikṣaṇadhūrvahaṁ munipuṣṭituṣṭīṣṭapradam
You are the embodiment of silence, fulfilling the words of the sage with great efficacy.
कञ्चनश्च्युतिगोप्यभावमकिञ्चनांश्च दयारसैः
aṣṭamūrtisutaṁ sukaruṇāviṣṭamavinaṣṭādaraṁ vāraṇānanamāśrayē vandāruvighnanivāraṇam
Your qualities of compassion are worthy of praise, and your austerities bear fruit.
सिञ्चता निजवीक्षणेन समञ्चितार्थसुखास्पदम् । पञ्चवक्त्रसुतं सुरद्विड्वञ्चनाधृत कौशलं
śuṇṭhaśuṣka vitarkaharaṇākuṇṭhaśaktidamarthinē śāṭhyavirahitavitaraṇaṁ śrīkaṇṭhakr̥tasambhāṣaṇam

वारणाननमाश्रये वन्दारुविघ्ननिवारणम् ॥ ७ ॥
kāṭhakaśrutigōcaraṁ kr̥tamāṭhapatyaparīkṣaṇaṁ vāraṇānanamāśrayē vandāruvighnanivāraṇam
You conceal the golden treasure of the humble and shower compassion on the needy.
यच्छतक्रतुकामितं प्रायच्छदर्चितमादरा-
puṇḍarīkakr̥tānanaṁ śaśikhaṇḍakalitaśikhaṇḍakaṁ kuṇḍalīśvaramaṇḍitōdaramaṇḍajēśābhīṣṭadam
With your gaze, you bestow the happiness of gathered wealth upon those who seek it.
-द्यच्छतच्छदसाम्यमन्वनुगच्छतीच्छति सौहृदम् । तच्छुभम्युकराम्बुजं तव दिक्पतिश्रियमर्थिने
daṇḍapāṇibhayāpahaṁ munimaṇḍalī parimaṇḍanaṁ vāraṇānanamāśrayē vandāruvighnanivāraṇam
You are the son of the five-faced one, skilled in the art of deception among the gods.
वारणाननमाश्रये वन्दारुविघ्ननिवारणम् ॥ ८ ॥
gūḍhamāmnāyāśayaṁ parilīḍhamarthimanōrathai- -rgāḍhamāśliṣṭaṁ girīśa girīśajābhyāṁ sādaram

राजराज किरीटकोटि विराजमान मणिप्रभा
prauḍhasarasakavitvasiddhida mūḍhanijabhaktāvanaṁ vāraṇānanamāśrayē vandāruvighnanivāraṇam
Granting the desires of those who perform sacrifices, you are the one who fulfills their wishes.
पुञ्जरञ्जितमञ्जुलाङ्घ्रि सरोजमज वृजिनापहम् । भञ्जकं दिविषद्द्विषामनुरञ्जकं मुनिसन्तते-
pāṇidhr̥tapāśāṅkuśaṁ gīrvāṇagaṇasandarśakaṁ śōṇadīdhitimapramēyamaparṇayā paripōṣitam
With your grace, you lead them to friendship and harmony.
-र्वारणाननमाश्रये वन्दारुविघ्ननिवारणम् ॥ ९ ॥
kāṇakhañjakuṇīṣṭadaṁ viśrāṇitadvijanāmitaṁ vāraṇānanamāśrayē vandāruvighnanivāraṇam
O Lord, you are the embodiment of auspiciousness, the lotus of your hands brings prosperity to the directions,
शिष्टकष्टनिबर्हणं सुरजुष्टनिजपदविष्टरं
bhūtabhavyabhavadvibhuṁ paridhūtapātakamīśasaṁ- -jātamaṅghri vilāsa jitakañjātamajitamarātibhiḥ
I bow to you, the remover of obstacles for those who seek wealth,
दुष्टशिक्षणधूर्वहं मुनिपुष्टितुष्टीष्टप्रदम् । अष्टमूर्तिसुतं सुकरुणाविष्टमविनष्टादरं
śītaraśmiravīkṣaṇaṁ nirgītamāmnāyōktibhi- -rvāraṇānanamāśrayē vandāruvighnanivāraṇam
O King of Kings, adorned with a crown of jewels, radiating brilliance,
वारणाननमाश्रये वन्दारुविघ्ननिवारणम् ॥ १० ॥
prārthanīyapadaṁ mahātmabhirarthitaṁ puravairiṇā- -:'nāthavargamanōrathānapi sārthayantamaharniśam
Your lotus-like feet, adorned with beautiful designs, remove all afflictions.
शुण्ठशुष्क वितर्कहरणाकुण्ठशक्तिदमर्थिने
pānthasatpathadarśakaṁ gaṇanāthamasmaddaivataṁ vāraṇānanamāśrayē vandāruvighnanivāraṇam
You are the destroyer of the enemies in the heavens, pleasing to the sages,
शाठ्यविरहितवितरणं श्रीकण्ठकृतसम्भाषणम् । काठकश्रुतिगोचरं कृतमाठपत्यपरीक्षणं
khēdaśāmakasucaritaṁ svābhēdabōdhakamadvayaṁ mōdahētuguṇākaraṁ vāgvādavijayadamaiśvaram
I bow to you, the remover of obstacles for those who seek wealth.
वारणाननमाश्रये वन्दारुविघ्ननिवारणम् ॥ ११ ॥
śrīmadanupamasauhr̥daṁ madanāśakaṁ ripusantatē- -rvāraṇānanamāśrayē vandāruvighnanivāraṇam
You are the one who alleviates the suffering of the learned,
पुण्डरीककृताननं शशिखण्डकलितशिखण्डकं
mugdhamaugdhyanivartakaṁ rucimugdhamurvanukampayā digdhamuddhr̥ta pādanata janamuddharantamimaṁ ca mām
You are the source of joy for the divine beings,
कुण्डलीश्वरमण्डितोदरमण्डजेशाभीष्टदम् । दण्डपाणिभयापहं मुनिमण्डली परिमण्डनं
śuddhacitsukhavigrahaṁ pariśuddhavr̥ttyabhilakṣitaṁ vāraṇānanamāśrayē vandāruvighnanivāraṇam
The one who brings forth the teachings of the sages,
वारणाननमाश्रये वन्दारुविघ्ननिवारणम् ॥ १२ ॥
sānukampamanārataṁ munimānasābjamarālakaṁ dīnadainyavināśakaṁ sitabhānurēkhāśēkharam
I bow to you, the remover of obstacles for those who seek wealth.
गूढमाम्नायाशयं परिलीढमर्थिमनोरथै-
gānarasavidgītasucaritamēnasāmapanōdakaṁ vāraṇānanamāśrayē vandāruvighnanivāraṇam
You are the son of the eight forms of divinity, filled with compassion,
-र्गाढमाश्लिष्टं गिरीश गिरीशजाभ्यां सादरम् । प्रौढसरसकवित्वसिद्धिद मूढनिजभक्तावनं
kōpatāpanirāsakaṁ sāmīpyadaṁ nijasatkathā- -lāpināṁ manujāpi janatāpāpaharamakhilēśvaram
You are the one who cannot be destroyed, the beloved of all,
वारणाननमाश्रये वन्दारुविघ्ननिवारणम् ॥ १३ ॥
sāparādhijanāyaśāpadamāpadāmapahārakaṁ vāraṇānanamāśrayē vandāruvighnanivāraṇam
You dispel the fear of the rod in hand, encircling the assembly of sages,
पाणिधृतपाशाङ्कुशं गीर्वाणगणसन्दर्शकं
riphphagēṣu khagēṣu jātō duṣphalaṁ samavāpnuyā- -tsatphalāya gaṇēśamarcatu niṣphalaṁ na tadarpaṇam
I bow to you, the remover of obstacles for those who seek wealth.
शोणदीधितिमप्रमेयमपर्णया परिपोषितम् । काणखञ्जकुणीष्टदं विश्राणितद्विजनामितं
yaḥ phalībhūtaḥ kratūnāṁ tatphalānāmīśvaraṁ vāraṇānanamāśrayē vandāruvighnanivāraṇam
You conceal the essence of the scriptures, fulfilling the desires of the mind,
वारणाननमाश्रये वन्दारुविघ्ननिवारणम् ॥ १४ ॥
ambaraṁ yadvadvinirmalamambudairācchādyatē bimbabhūtamamuṣya jagataḥ sāmbasutamajñānataḥ
Embraced by the mountains, with reverence from the Lord of the mountains,
भूतभव्यभवद्विभुं परिधूतपातकमीशसं-
taṁ bahiḥ saṅgūhitaṁ hērambamālambaṁ satāṁ vāraṇānanamāśrayē vandāruvighnanivāraṇam
You are the mature poet, granting success to your devoted followers,
-जातमङ्घ्रि विलास जितकञ्जातमजितमरातिभिः । शीतरश्मिरवीक्षणं निर्गीतमाम्नायोक्तिभि-
dambhakarmācaraṇakr̥ta saurambhayājimukhē manu- -stambhakāriṇamaṅganākucakumbhaparirambhāturaiḥ
I bow to you, the remover of obstacles for those who seek wealth.
-र्वारणाननमाश्रये वन्दारुविघ्ननिवारणम् ॥ १५ ॥
śambhusutamārādhitaṁ kr̥tisambhavāya ca kāmibhi- -rvāraṇānanamāśrayē vandāruvighnanivāraṇam
You hold the noose and the goad, the one who shows the Gīrvāṇa hosts,
प्रार्थनीयपदं महात्मभिरर्थितं पुरवैरिणा-
staumi bhūtagaṇēśvaraṁ saprēmamātmastutiparē kāmitapradamarthinē dhr̥tasōmamabhayadamāśvinē
You are nourished by the red brilliance, immeasurable and all-encompassing,
-ऽनाथवर्गमनोरथानपि सार्थयन्तमहर्निशम् । पान्थसत्पथदर्शकं गणनाथमस्मद्दैवतं
śrīmatā navarātradīkṣōddāmavaibhavabhāvitaṁ vāraṇānanamāśrayē vandāruvighnanivāraṇam
The one who is adorned with the golden ornaments,
वारणाननमाश्रये वन्दारुविघ्ननिवारणम् ॥ १६ ॥
āyurārōgyādikāmitadāyinaṁ pratihāyanaṁ śrēyasē sarvairyugādau bhūyasē sambhāvitam
I bow to you, the remover of obstacles for those who seek wealth.
खेदशामकसुचरितं स्वाभेदबोधकमद्वयं
kāyajīvaviyōga kālāpāyaharamantrēśvaraṁ vāraṇānanamāśrayē vandāruvighnanivāraṇam
You are the Supreme Being, encompassing the past, present, and future,
मोदहेतुगुणाकरं वाग्वादविजयदमैश्वरम् । श्रीमदनुपमसौहृदं मदनाशकं रिपुसन्तते-
vairiṣaṭkanirāsakaṁ kāmārikāmitajīvitaṁ śauricintāhārakaṁ kr̥tanārikēlāhārakam
You remove the sins of those who come to you,
-र्वारणाननमाश्रये वन्दारुविघ्ननिवारणम् ॥ १७ ॥
dūranirjitapātakaṁ saṁsārasāgarasētukaṁ vāraṇānanamāśrayē vandāruvighnanivāraṇam
Your feet are adorned with beauty, victorious over the desires,
मुग्धमौग्ध्यनिवर्तकं रुचिमुग्धमुर्वनुकम्पया
kālakālakalābhavaṁ kalikālikāghavirōdhinaṁ mūlabhūtamamuṣyajagataḥ śrīlatōpaghnāyitam
I bow to you, the remover of obstacles for those who seek wealth.
दिग्धमुद्धृत पादनत जनमुद्धरन्तमिमं च माम् । शुद्धचित्सुखविग्रहं परिशुद्धवृत्त्यभिलक्षितं
kīlakaṁ mantrādisiddhēḥ pālakaṁ munisantatē- -rvāraṇānanamāśrayē vandāruvighnanivāraṇam
You are the one who shines with the cool rays,
वारणाननमाश्रये वन्दारुविघ्ननिवारणम् ॥ १८ ॥
bhāvukārambhāvasarasambhāvitaṁ bhargēpsitaṁ sēvakāvanadīkṣitaṁ sahabhāvamōjastējasōḥ
Your teachings are revealed through the scriptures,
सानुकम्पमनारतं मुनिमानसाब्जमरालकं
pāvanaṁ dēvēṣu sāmastāvakēṣṭavidhāyakaṁ vāraṇānanamāśrayē vandāruvighnanivāraṇam
I bow to you, the remover of obstacles for those who seek wealth.
दीनदैन्यविनाशकं सितभानुरेखाशेखरम् । गानरसविद्गीतसुचरितमेनसामपनोदकं
kāśikāpurakalitanivasatimīśamasmaccētasaḥ pāśiśikṣāpāravaśyavināśakaṁ śaśibhāsakam
The prayerful words sought by great souls,
वारणाननमाश्रये वन्दारुविघ्ननिवारणम् ॥ १९ ॥
kēśavādisamarcitaṁ gaurīśaguptamahādhanaṁ vāraṇānanamāśrayē vandāruvighnanivāraṇam
Even fulfilling the desires of those who wish to conquer the city,
कोपतापनिरासकं सामीप्यदं निजसत्कथा-
pēṣakaṁ pāpasya durjanaśōṣakaṁ suviśēṣakaṁ pōṣakaṁ sujanasya sundaravēṣakaṁ nirdōṣakam
The guide on the true path for travelers, our divine lord,
-लापिनां मनुजापि जनतापापहरमखिलेश्वरम् । सापराधिजनायशापदमापदामपहारकं
mūṣakaṁ tvadhiruhya bhaktamanīṣita pratipādakaṁ vāraṇānanamāśrayē vandāruvighnanivāraṇam
I take refuge in the one with the elephant face, the remover of obstacles.
वारणाननमाश्रये वन्दारुविघ्ननिवारणम् ॥ २० ॥
vāsavādisurārcitaṁ kr̥tavāsudēvābhīpsitaṁ bhāsamānamuruprabhābhirupāsakādhikasauhr̥dam
The one who alleviates sorrow, whose conduct is pure,
रिफ्फगेषु खगेषु जातो दुष्फलं समवाप्नुया-
hrāsakaṁ durahaṅkr̥tērniryāsakaṁ rakṣastatē- -rvāraṇānanamāśrayē vandāruvighnanivāraṇam
The duality that reveals the essence of individuality,
-त्सत्फलाय गणेशमर्चतु निष्फलं न तदर्पणम् । यः फलीभूतः क्रतूनां तत्फलानामीश्वरं
bāhulēyaguruṁ trayī yaṁ prāha sarvagaṇēśvaraṁ gūhitaṁ munimānasairavyāhatādhikavaibhavam
The source of joy, the conqueror of speech, the lord of wealth,
वारणाननमाश्रये वन्दारुविघ्ननिवारणम् ॥ २१ ॥
āhitāgnihitaṁ manīṣibhirūhitaṁ sarvatra taṁ vāraṇānanamāśrayē vandāruvighnanivāraṇam
I take refuge in the one with the elephant face, the remover of obstacles.
अम्बरं यद्वद्विनिर्मलमम्बुदैराच्छाद्यते
kēlijitasuraśākhinaṁ surapālapūjitapādukaṁ vyālaparibr̥ḍha kaṅkaṇaṁ bhaktālirakṣaṇadīkṣitam
The one who dispels ignorance, who is compassionate to the world,
बिम्बभूतममुष्य जगतः साम्बसुतमज्ञानतः । तं बहिः सङ्गूहितं हेरम्बमालम्बं सतां
kālikātanayaṁ kalānidhimaulimāmnāyastutaṁ vāraṇānanamāśrayē vandāruvighnanivāraṇam
Who raises those who are fallen, and also me,
वारणाननमाश्रये वन्दारुविघ्ननिवारणम् ॥ २२ ॥
dakṣiṇēna surēṣu durjanaśikṣaṇēṣu paṭīyasā rakṣasāmapanōdakēna mahōkṣavāhaprēyasā
The embodiment of pure consciousness and bliss,
दम्भकर्माचरणकृत सौरम्भयाजिमुखे मनु-
rakṣitā vayamakṣarāṣṭakalakṣajapatō yēna vai vāraṇānanamāśrayē vandāruvighnanivāraṇam

-स्तम्भकारिणमङ्गनाकुचकुम्भपरिरम्भातुरैः । शम्भुसुतमाराधितं कृतिसम्भवाय च कामिभि-
ratnagarbhagaṇēśvarastuti nūtnapadyatatiṁ paṭhē- -dyatnavānyaḥ pratidinaṁ drākpratnavāksadr̥śārthadām
The sage who is compassionate and unperturbed,
-र्वारणाननमाश्रये वन्दारुविघ्ननिवारणम् ॥ २३ ॥
ratnarukmasukhōcchrayaṁ sāpatnavirahitamāpnuyā- -dvāraṇānanamāśrayē vandāruvighnanivāraṇam
The destroyer of misery and distress, the one who shines like the moon,
स्तौमि भूतगणेश्वरं सप्रेममात्मस्तुतिपरे
siddhināyakasaṁstutiṁ siddhānti subrahmaṇyahr̥- -cchuddhayē samudīritāṁ vāgbuddhibalasandāyinīm
The one whose actions are melodious and delightful,
कामितप्रदमर्थिने धृतसोममभयदमाश्विने । श्रीमता नवरात्रदीक्षोद्दामवैभवभावितं
siddhayē paṭhatānuvāsaramīpsitasya manīṣiṇaḥ śraddhayā nirnighnasampadvr̥ddhirapi bhavitā yataḥ

वारणाननमाश्रये वन्दारुविघ्ननिवारणम् ॥ २४ ॥
iti śrīsubrahmaṇyayōgiviracitaṁ ratnagarbha gaṇēśa vilāsa stutiḥ
