Through contemplation, one attains universal knowledge, liberation from the bonds of worldly existence.
yataḥ karoti saṃsiddhiṃ mantra ityuchyate budhaiḥ
For whatever one does, if it is done with resolve, the wise say it brings success.
mantra ke sthūla evaṃ sūkŚma rūpa se punaḥ do aṅga māne gaye haiṃ jinameṃ sthūla rūpa meṃ-praṇava, bīja, kūṭa, akŚara tathā inake viśiŚṭa saṃyojana se sambaddha mantra ke pallavādi-vidhāna āte haiṃ; kintu sūkŚma rūpa meṃ unake svarūpa, dhyāna, śakti, gati, kriyākāritva ādi kā samāveśa hotā hai
Mantras are recognized in both gross and subtle forms; in the gross form, they consist of the pranava, seed syllables, and combinations, while in the subtle form, they encompass their essence, meditation, power, movement, and the act of creation.
ina meṃ bhī sarvādhika mahattva kuṇḍalinī-jāgaraṇa kā hai aura yaha kārya śarīrastha mūlādhārādi chakroṃ ke unmīlana kī apekŚā rakhatā hai
Among these, the most significant is the awakening of the Kundalini, which pertains to the uniting of the chakras starting from the Muladhara.
chakroṃ ke unmīlana kā prakāra japa evaṃ dhyāna se sambhava hai
The awakening of the chakras is possible through chanting and meditation.
tattat chakroṃ kī adhiŚṭhātrī devatā jaba taka prasanna nahīṃ hotī, taba taka isa kārya meṃ bhī bādhāeṃ ātī haiṇ
Until the presiding deity of these chakras is pleased, there will be obstacles in this endeavor.
ye bādhāeṃ kevala isī janma se sambaddha na hokara apara janma meṃ bhī bādhaka banatī haiṇ
The obstacles that bind us are not merely from this birth, but also arise from past lives.
