These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to brah.ma and related Brahma products operated by Brahma ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these Terms.
1. What Brahma provides
Brahma offers devotional practice, study, and community tools—including mantras, verses, hymns, Sankalps, and guided programs. Content is provided for personal spiritual and educational use unless a specific product states otherwise.
2. Not medical or professional advice
Brahma practices, including breathwork and sleep-oriented programs such as Nidra, are for general wellbeing and reflection. They are not medical care, therapy, diagnosis, or a guarantee of any health outcome. Consult a qualified professional for medical concerns.
3. Accounts and identity
Some features require sign-in through our identity provider (Aham). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your phone or email secure.
4. Paid programs
Certain programs (for example structured Anusthan or Nidra journeys) may require one-time payment. Prices and inclusions are shown before checkout. Refunds, where offered, follow the policy displayed at purchase and applicable law.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, bulk-download, or resell Brahma content without permission.
- Do not attempt to bypass safety gates, rate limits, or access controls.
- Do not use the service to harass others or publish unlawful material.
6. Content and intellectual property
Brahma text, audio, design, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Traditional sacred texts may be in the public domain; Brahma's curation, translations, audio, and presentation remain our property or that of our licensors.
7. Availability and changes
We may update features, content, or these Terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brahma is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
