How to Reach ?

Pancham Mandareshwar, also known as Madalaseshwar, can be found at D.5/133 Kalika Galli. To reach this location, a devotee can take the road from Annapurna leading to Vishwanath temple, and after passing the temple, continue for about 50 yards until reaching a crossroad called Saraswati Phatak. From there, the devotee can take a right turn and walk a short distance until reaching another right turn at Kalika Galli. Without turning right, on the opposite side (i.e. the left side), Madalaseshwar can be seen. However, the locals commonly refer to this Ling as Pancham Mandareshwar.
