Ruru Bhairav is a trinetri (three-eyed), peaceful and young form of Lord Bhairava. he is also known by other names, Anand Bhairav and Guru Bhairav. he grants blessings to his devotees to enhance knowledge to fulfill their needs. he is appeared to be white-skinned and adorned with precious stones and ornaments, which depicts his divine look.
In his 4 arms, he holds things like a rosary, book, veena (the musical instrument), and an elephant goad. he is considered to be full of knowledge. he is believed to be a guardian of the south-north direction. as per a belief, whoever worships him pure-heartedly never lacks in knowledge.
He enlightens the way out of the bad situation. Ruru Bhairav is regarded as a guru (teacher). it is believed that his grace can make his devotees solid and influential, so they can handle and overcome troubles in their life.
