शान्तितुल्यं तपो नास्ति न सन्तोषात्परं सुखम् ।
अपत्यं च कलत्रं च सतां सङ्गतिरेव च ॥
Transliteration
śāntitulyaṃ tapo nāsti na santoṣātparaṃ sukham | apatyaṃ ca kalatraṃ ca satāṃ saṅgatireva ca ||

क्रोध साक्षात् यम है. तृष्णा नरक की और ले जाने वाली वैतरणी है. ज्ञान कामधेनु है. संतोष ही तो नंदनवन है.
