Kṣīṇe tu paśusaṁskāre puṁsaḥ prāptaparasthiteḥ| Vikasvaraṁ tadvijñānaṁ pauruṣaṁ nirvikalpakam||41||

But (tu) when (all) the accumulated impressions of a limited being are annihilated (kṣīṇe... paśu-saṁskāre) since Puruṣa has attained the Supreme State (puṁsaḥ prāpta-para-sthiteḥ), that knowledge (tad-vijñānam) (is known as) pauruṣajñāna --knowledge about the Self-- (pauruṣam), which is (totally) expanded (vikasvaram) (and) devoid of vikalpa-s (nirvikalpakam).
